[Position] Sales Manager / Land, OEM, Renewable Business

[Department] Sales and Marketing Department

[Report to] Managing Director / Sales Director

[Location] Seoul, South Korea

[SUMMARY]
Implement MNC company strategy, policy in Korea. Managing MNC Korea Land, OEM and Renewable Energy sector businesses or according to the experience for all of them. Develop multi-channel strategy and execute action plan to fulfill sales targets. Develop new customers, partners and maintain good relationship. Increase MNC Land, OEM and Renewable based business continuously.

[ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

Essential duties include but not limited as the following:

Business development & execution:
A. Lead MNC local customer sales target (order Intake and revenue).
B. Plan and execute sales strategy together with Managing Director.
C. Good overall knowledge of the target industries, customers and channels.
D. Develop new customers and maintain good personal relationship with main customers.
E. Annual planning of budget with Managing Director.
F. Constant pipeline review and manage the business through pipeline opportunities.
G. Annual, quarterly, monthly sales forecast, planning and execution
H. Manage and develop Partnership program according set rules

Managerial duties:
A. Planning, forecasting ability of both short & long term period.
B. Communication, cooperation with other departments in MNC.
C. Decision making.
D. Reporting, database management.
E. Co-operation with OEM, marketing, solution support, factories and segment teams.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

[Requirements]
A. Proactive, aggressive and entrepreneurial skill are mandatory.
B. Engineering degree preferred or relevant technical college degree.
C. A minimum of 5 years of experience and proven success in (preferably) AC Drives (Distributors, OEM, SI, End Users)
D. Good knowledge of Korea AC drives market-especially low voltage AC drives- and automation business in general.
E. Experience in working in international companies.
F. Experience in monetary issues like budgeting, forecasting, bidding calculations is needed
G. Must be able to grow the business from the current customer base.
H. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills (integrity and honesty are a must)
I. Must be a self-starter and business driven
J. Accountability and entrepreneurship, willingness and ability to travel extensively.
K. Open mind, innovative, good communication, presentation, negotiation skill.
L. Fluent English & Korean language
M. Other language can be counted advantage.
