[Job Title] Business Development

[Specific Work Details (JD)]

We're looking for a person who will be working within MNC's new business pipeline to develop new client partnerships, particularly with Korean companies. Along with the development of this new focus on Korean developers and payment options, you will work directly with MNC's current clients at varying stages integration with MNC. Your tasks will include working with the client to promote sales, promote client growth, and maintain our customer's satisfaction during the process of monetizing their game. As the primary liaison for external growth, expect to be involved in the process of acquiring new business at any point in the process, from initial contact and negotiation to day-to-day contact managing all aspects of the relationship.

[Responsibilities]
• Develop a strong partner relationship with companies in both the gaming and payment industries.
• Evangelize and promote Xsolla services, including the use of new payment options and products.
• Research and understand client's payment systems, make recommendations regarding how MNC can improve conversion, workflow, user experience and customer retention.
• Manage new customer pipeline, including providing feedback on researched accounts and growing available accounts.
• Work closely with other internal departments such as technical, finance and legal departments to ensure client satisfaction and grow new opportunities organically.
• Negotiate business terms and contracts.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, including account monitoring, payouts, contract obligations, marketing spends, and account analysis.

[Requirements]
• Minimum of 4 years of business development or account management experience,
with at least 2 years in the gaming industry at a level above coordinator.
• Solid negotiating skills and proven ability to close new business.
• Strong attention to detail and dependability; must be able to work with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Native Korean speaking
