[Position]
Senior Sale Manager
[Summary]
Responsible for managing MNC Korea R&D, Sales and Marketing, Customers Service functions, analysis customer business trend and making advanced technologies. Ensures that all departments are well organized, meet company revenue and the company is compliance with regulations and Korea legislations. Requires a Master's degree in Engineering and at least 14 years of experience in the field. A wide degree of creativity and business minded is needed. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
[MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS]
- EDUCATION : At least Bachelor (University is a pre) level
- EXPERIENCE : Required with at least 10 years of experience including at least five (5) years in Engineering and 5 years in Managerial field.
- KNOWLEDGE : Highly technical knowledge of high technology on Mobile Phone Antenna Manufacturing and a good marketing skills is needed for this position.
- SKILLS : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and ability to influence other is essential.
- CHALLENGES : Prioritization of task, meeting deadlines, expending company business and manage R&D team and ensure meet company revenue.
[SPECIFIC POSITION DUTIES]
• Manage the business for respective customer to meet revenue, margin and NOP;
• Filter inquiries and justify resources on new product development;
• Weekly meeting with R&D Engineers to manage samples and prototype requirements for each new products.
• Regular meeting with sales team to drive design wins and account penetration.
• Work with cost team in factory for cost change management
• Handle quotes, local and WW contracts
• To generate sales revenue·
• Support of establishment of division product strategy and identification of potential business opportunity ·• Support to marketing & sales team for product promotion and business trend understanding through visit and discussion with customers.
• Visit MNC to review project with their R&D team.
