[Reports to ] Asia Pacific Government Service Marketing Director

[POSITION SUMMARY]
The <> Marketing Manager has the responsibility for the formulation of the business strategies which address the current and future (2 to 5 years) requirements in <>. The position requires the application of MNC current capability to the market needs as well as the identification of the gaps in the MNC portfolio that will need to be filled in order to successfully compete in the future. Therefore the position requires a familiarity of market requirements through both research/analysis and customer contact.

[Job Responsibilities]
¡¤Plan and manage the marketing efforts for MNC in country.
¡¤Conducts in-depth research that enables the definition of current market needs as well as future market needs.
¡¤Interface with strategic customers to influence requirements to create a win-win situation for the customer and for MNC solutions and services.
¡¤Influence MNC internal spending and research and development activities to support the long term needs of the local market/strategic customers.
¡¤Provide marketing support to sales organization on major/strategic pursuits.
¡¤Assist in the development of strategic business plans in the country.
¡¤Lead local marketing events including technology symposiums and trade shows.
¡¤Support the development partnerships as required by the market needs.

[Minimum Requirements]
Bachelor¡¯s Degree in with 8 years of related experience. Prior background with an international company holding positions in Business Development, Engineering and/or Program Management highly desired. Must demonstrate past performance achievements and communicate fluently in English (written and orally).
