[Responsibilities]
1. In charge of high/low voltage BMS hardware development, including documenting requirement, screening program, construction of hardware system structure, analysis of hardware principle design, PCBlayout design, hardware reliability design and thermal management system design etc.
2. In charge of high/low voltage BMS function module test, performance test, thermal test, EMC test, etc., quickly analyze causes of the problem, and assist to improve hardware design.
3. In charge of debugging the interface between SW and HW and function safety design interface, coordinate automobile debugging and verification, upgrade design and improvement plan.
4. Formulate hardware plan and its execution management during the project progress
5. Guide and enhance the technicians's hardware development technology quickly
6. In charge of standard interpretation, compilation&confirmation of the company's standard, regulation tracking and adaptability analysis
[Qualifications]
1. Over 8 years working experience in automotive electronics, with strong organization and coordination ability, more than 30 years old
2. Coordinate the synergistic relationship between BMS system design and other systems, independently solve emergencies in on-site and test problems.
3. With solid automotive electronic design, matching and components production theoretical basis and practical experience, have capabilities on analysis and rectification of on-site technical and quality problems.
4. Assist quality department to analyse and rectify after-sales problems, provide technical quality support for suppliers. be capable of reviewing and verifying suppliers correction program and continuous improvement program
5. Operate computer aided design software (AD,PADS) proficiently
6.Failure Mode and Effect Analysis（DFMEA, PFMEA）: know well the failure mode and mechanism in process of product design and fabrication, propose corresponding prevention programme.
