[Responsibilities]
1. In charge of high/low voltage BMS function safety concept and system development, including function safety demand review, technology safety needs, system safety architecture, interface between SW and HW,
and integral safety analysis.
2. In charge of high/low voltage BMS function safety SW safety demand analysis, SW&HW interface detailing, SW security analysis, SW security demand accomplishment, SW security test.
3.be responsible for high/low voltage BMS function security HW security demand analysis,SW&HW interface detailing, HW security analysis, HW security demand accomplishment, HW security test.
4.be responsible for regulation tracking and adaptability analysis
6.direct and promote technicians development technology quickly.
7.be responsible for decomposing the superior leaders and chief engineers work
[Qualifications]
1.more than 5 years working experience in fuction security development, and more than 8 years in hybrid or all-electric BMS development
2. have HARA ability, and can apply FMEA and FTA to complete function security analysis
3.have abilities of function safety decomposition, completion of BMS system as well as SW and HW security demand decomposition
4. be capable of experiment design, complete preparation of BMS system hierarchy, and SW and HW hierarchy function security test case.
5.have BMS system knowledge, have a good command of controller functional partitioning, familiar with its working principle, system architecture and primary realization approaches
6.have relevant battery knowledge, and a certain understanding about the tendency of future battery
7. be familiar with functional security development tools.
8.have certain management and planning capability, be familiar with frontier technology, undertake tasks from chief engineer, coordinate group resources, and make plans for function security work.
