[Responsibilities]
1. Be responsible for integration of new energy simulation platform
2. Be responsible for establishment of new energy EMC simulation method, new tech as well as procedure and standard.
3. Take the lead to anaLyse system problems and solve problems (electromagnetic interference) in the field
4. Track the laws and regulations of new energy, and analyse adaptability
5. Improve simulation staff's technique
6. Formulating and optimize simulation standards
7. Be responsible for solving PACK, module, and cell issues.
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master degree or above.
2. Over 8 years working experience in EMC simulation technology, over 35 years old
3. Skill requirements:
4. Be capable of independently coordinating and solving on-site and test emergencies.
5. Have rich experience in simulation, and understand related new energy simulation business.
6. Be capable of reviewing and verifying rectification program and continuous improvement program
7. For EMC analysis, the expert must be proficient in using one of the following softwares: Ansoft,SimLab.
