[Responsibilities]
1. In charge of module technology development (technical process, design evaluation, etc)
2. Be responsible for proposing process parameter as per development target (welding method, assessment criteria etc.)
3. Be responsible for study of new module welding technology, bus bar welding, CMT welding, and plastic welding technology, and establishment of module standard production norms ( module production standard process development, online test item design, and standard setting; have a good understanding of welding technology and module safety properties)
4. Take the lead to analyse module problems and solve problems
5. Improve staff's technical ability
6. Formulate and optimize PACK test and verification norms
7.be in charge of solving PACK related issues.
[Qualifications]
1.Education background: bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 10 years working experience in lithium battery technology, strong organization and coordination abilities, more than 35 years
3.Be capable of coordinating and managing synergy relationship between module process design and other design modules, and settling on-site and test emergencies independently.
4. Be proficient in using CAD command, and be skilled at drawing small tool 2D diagram, and be proficient in using CATIAV5（or UG）
5. Be familiar with failure mode and failure mechanism in product design and fabrication,and be capable of proposing corresponding prevention program
