[Responsibilities]
1. Be responsible for integration of new energy simulation platform
2. Performance analysis of PACK, module, cell structure (vibration, squash, falling, penetration test, etc)
3. Be responsible for establishment of new energy's stricture simulation method, new tech as well as procedure and standard
4. Take the lead to analyse system problems and solve problems (short circuit, fire, etc) in the field
5. Track the laws and regulations of new energy, and analyse adaptability
6. Improve simulation staff's technique
7. Formulating and optimize simulation standards
8. Be responsible for solving PACK, module, and cell issues.
[Qualifications]
1. Educational background: Master degree or above.
2. Have more than 8 years working experience in cell simulation technology, 35 years old above
4. Be capable of independently coordinating and solving on-site and test emergencies.
5. Have solid mechanics basic knowledge and know well of all anisotropic materials, have rich experience in simulation, and understand related cell simulation business.
6. Be capable of reviewing and verifying rectification program and continuous improvement program
7. Be proficient in using the following softwares: Comsol，MatLab，Hypermes, etc.
