[Responsibilities]
1.be responsible for undertaking the tasks from deputy chief engineers, finish automobile demand analysis as well as power battery system demand confirmation and documents review.
2.be responsible for analyzing and arranging performance parameter of battery system, reviewing or approving the performance proposals etc.
3.as per project requirements, direct engineers at all levels to complete battery system performance matching, and take overall consideration of the influences on battery system performance from mechanical, thermal management and electrical design at system level, and finalize the battery system development and design plan.
4.analyze requirements of domestic and international laws and regulations, guide relevant power battery enterprise standards or revised drafts, and ensure the products meet the laws and regulations in target markets.
5.direct engineers in charge and staffs to formulate test and verification plan about battery system, HIL, battery pack vehicle at various stages, and personally direct and solve test problems.
[Qualifications]
1.Educational background: Master degree or above.
2.more than 10 years working experience in development of new energy battery system products , or battery development in benchmark automakers
3. have abilities of battery pack structural performance index setting and thermal load evaluation.
4.standard setting and spare-parts design (enterprise standard)
5.have abilities of establishment of battery pack structure performance simulation analysis and formulation of thermal management system plan , as well as evaluation.
6.ability of structure optimization and thermal performance optimization
7.ability of battery pack structure performance simulation analysis and fluid simulation analysis.
8. test/calibration abilities.
9.push forward new technology transformation and application
10. technical materials review and guidance
11.have abilities of matlab programming and simulation modelling, and application of MATLAB Software
