[Responsibilities]
1. Be responsible for integration of new energy simulation platform
2. Analyze battery PACK, module, cell structure property (vibration, squash, falling, penetration test, EMC, etc. )
3. Be responsible for establishment of new energy structure simulation method, new tech, procedure, and standard.
4. Take the lead to analyse reasons and solve system problems (vibration, fire, explosion, abrasion etc.) in the field.
5. Track the laws and regulations of new energy, and analyse adaptability.
6. Improve simulation staff's technique
7. Be responsible for formulating and optimizing simulation standards
8. Be responsible for solving PACK, module, and cell issues.
[Qualifications]
1.Educational background: Master degree or above.
2.have more than 10 years working experience in working on simulation technology, 35 years old above
3.be capable of independently coordinating and solving on-site and test emergencies.
4.have solid mechanics basic knowledge, rich experience in simulation, and understand related simulation business of new energy.
5.be capable of reviewing and verifying rectification program and continuous improvement program
6.be proficient in using at least 6 offollowing softwares: hypermesh,ANSA,Nastran,Abaqus,nCode,digimat,Moldflow,LsDyna,MatLab,OPTISTUECT,TOSCA,Comso
