Sales Country Manager

[Reports To]
Regional Sales Director, North & SE Asia

[Job Purpose]

[Essential Functions]
1. Champion Electronics and Lighting Solutions sales effort in Korea by working closely with the division to develop an effective sale strategy, ensure coordination of efforts, and solve specific technical-related problems- 30%
2. Establish with each SE specific objectives that support the sales office¡¯s strategies in achieving specific products sales target-20%
3. Travel with sales personnel in the role of coach and supervisor. Assess the skills and performance of SE and develop training and/or motivation plans to optimize performance-20%
4. Develop an awareness of all major OEM activities in Korea and assess it potential for sales opportunities-10%
5. Administer and supervise RKI sales office in ensuring smooth operation with given budget-15%
6. Ensure compliance of direct reports with all company and department rules, work requirements and established standards- 5%

[MinimumRequired Education & Experience]
- BS Electronics or semiconductor Engineering /Science or BS
- +3 year supervisory or management experience in sales or marketing
- +5 years direct experience in technical sales
- Good leadership, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Total 15 years experience in sales or marketing

[Minimum Required Education & Experience]
-Master¡¯s degree in MBA(BS Electronics or semiconductor Engineering) or other related background.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding Electronics or semiconductor Engineering
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Fluent written and spoken English

[Preferred Education & Experience]
Post graduate degree or further coursework in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
+2 plus years sales management experience in a business or industry requiring technical sales.
