Manager, Clinical Research (can also consider Sr CRA with at least 3 years of experience for this role)
On-site at MNC Korea for first 12 months, then inhouse at MPC. Note: Employee will receive an additional monthly hardship allowance while working offsite at MNC.
Local initiated interventional study protocol development. Non-interventional study management including CRO management (manage CRO activities such as issues, reporting, budget). May possibly also manage non-interventional studies such as Post Marketing Surveillance, medical record review studies, epidemiologic studies etc.
After the 12 month contract at MSD ends employee will:
Manage interdisciplinary clinical research projects, as Project Manager, leading the clinical team to ensure on-time, on-budget performance
Supervise, train, and mentor Clinical Research staff
Approve investigator study budgets and contracts
Review and approve regulatory and administrative documents from investigator sites
Review and develop protocols
Review and approve Case Report Forms (CRFs)
Plan, coordinate, and present at Investigators’ Meetings
Author Clinical Study Reports and other duties
Requirements: BS/BA; five years of experience in clinical research, with at least two years of experience in site monitoring. Note – we will also consider Sr CRAs for this role, but they must have at least 3 years Sr CRA experience . Good understanding of GCP and Clinical Research Process
