Managing Director of MNC China

[Specific Work Details]
Experience in sensor sales especially on sensors and sensor solutions business in EPC industry

*Distribution and major accounts
- Set up the office (location choice, registration, decoration¡¦) in Seoul with the support from MNC China.
- Establish strategy and business plan to assigned market together with the Sales Manager-North Asia;
- To find and develop distributors, international key account and OEM in the main industrial regions;
- To support distributors under headquarters distribution management;
- To obtain and analyze market and competitor information in order to provide feedback to management for marketing & product strategy;
- To strategically analyze the assigned region to determine sales growth potential and ensure adequate coverage to reach targets together with Sales Manager-North Asia.

*Presales and Marketing
- Necessary localization of sales information in co-operation with Marketing Communication and assistance;
- To plan sales and implement marketing in the assigned region with the support from Sales Manager-North Asia;
- To play a vital part in joint marketing activities with partners with the support from Sales Manager-North Asia;
- To manage products geared to the assigned market.

*Controlling and business report
- Monthly report and quarter business review & plan;
- Mediation of information between MNC and distributors.

Further Explanation]
- Turnover upon new market/customers to fulfill sales targets;
- Public Relationship through daily operations;
- Target-oriented and responsible for sales management in the assigned market;
- Maintain and further develop a sound sales network in the assigned market;
- Participation in trade fairs, workshops and business negotiations;
- Presentation of the MNC products strategy and philosophy at customers, partners and trade shows;
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and execute sales strategy to ensure that growth and profitability are achieved/exceeded.

[Requirements]
- In-depth market & branch knowledge in the electric & automation industry; sales experiences in electrical engineering/automation (>8 years professional working experience desirable).
- Target business industries: machine tools, electronics/semi-conductor, material handling, solar energy, food & beverage, crane, wind power, iron & steel
- Professional business experience in acquiring & serving customers (either domestic customers or those from European investment) in assigned region;
- Know-how in following-up/turning over business potentials to achieve sales target in the region;
- Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer; Ability to explain complex and correlated topics;
- Strong negotiator; self-assured communication relating to foreign company and personnel;
- Knowledge of interactive working process of a world-class enterprise; ability to communicate within the entire working system just in time;

[Qualification]
- The candidate should have completed an education degree in the field of electrical engineering / automation technology.
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Command of standard office software;
