[Recruitment Details]
- Type of Recruitment : Full-time consultant under fixed 2-year term, renewable upon contract expiry
- Pay System : Base salary + sales bonus
- Work Site : Home based in Seoul, Korea
- Academic Background : Bachelor or above
- Career : Medical device in IVD(in-vitro Diagnostic)
- Salary Expectation : Negotiable
- Work Area : Home based in Seoul, Korean with extensive travel throughout Korea
- Reasons for Recruitment : Expanding Korean market
- Foreign Languages : English (must)
- Number of Persons (Gender) : 1

[Key Responsibilities]
- Accomplish set sales targets for assigned region(s)
- Explore, develop new distributors, and manage sales network in assigned territories; Manage and enhance relationship with existing sales distributors; Train, manage, and support distribution network for achieving sales targets
- Develops and implements business expansion strategy for assigned regions to meet business goals and objectives
- Provide advice and support to tenders in the territory¡¯s private and public sectors
- Collect, analyze information about the market, competitors' activities and customers¡¯ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities
- Provide sales and product training to local distributors
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other marketing and promotion activities
- Work closely with sales and marketing team in the Headquarters for new product introduction and promotion; Assist headquarters to create product development, product positioning and pricing strategy for assigned regions
- Submit comprehensive work report timely as requested by Headquarters
- Other sales and marketing activities and/or projects as assigned by Headquarters

[Requirements]
- Bachelors degree in medical, bio-medical, human science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years proven track record in Medical Device field preferably gained at MNCs
- Excellent capability in business expansion and account management
- Result oriented, aggressive, reliable, responsive, self motivated
- Native local language speaker; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English;
- Willing to travel extensively
