[Role as a BDM]
Domestic Sales in Engineering & Industrial Services

A. Identifying New Clients:
- Initiate new sales calls
- Understands client's business environment to identify business opportunities
- Pipeline Building
- Scopes the assignment and provides appropriate estimates
- Closes deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricing
- Documenting & Reporting

B. Articulate MNCs capabilities in the solution space - EIS - Embedded Engg., Product Engg., Plant Automation & Plant Process Engg., PLM, Asset Management
- Disseminates information in required formats to concerned stakeholders
- Ensures the documentation (RFI, RFP, Approach Notes, etc.) sent to clients are aligned to their needs
- Records Prospect data in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system
- Perform win-loss analysis for proposals submitted
- Co-ordinating & networking

C. Liaison with pre sales teams/ delivery heads to propose appropriate solutions, after identifying a market opportunity.
- Seek relevant collateral and market intelligence from marketing
- Networks with product companies to further develop or design tools for their customers
- Builds relationships with the alliance partners to identify market opportunities
- Planning Sales Plans for the Region

D. Prepares forecasts and sales plans for the region
- Tracks performance against set targets

[Other prerequisites]
- Total experience around 10-13 with a minimum of 4-5 years in Technology/Engg. & Industrial services sales in Hi-Tech, Electronics, Semiconductor, Heavy Industries/Ship Building , Construction, Manufacturing etc.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Engg. ( Any branch will do)

[Domain knowledge]
¡¤Well-versed in Hi-Tech, Electronics, Semiconductor, Heavy Industries/Ship Building , Manufacturing
¡¤Excellent knowledge of the target market segment - Engg & Technology Services Domestic market in Korea
¡¤Good knowledge of National champions(Chaebols) in Korea preferable

[Compensation to be offered]
KRW 60 - 70 Million with applicable Sales incentives
