[Job Title ] Account Manager, Korea
The Account Manager will provide necessary recommendations in addition to directing and coordinating all day-today account servicing efforts for OOO(Multinational IT corporation) in Asia when necessary. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, he / she will be the main point of contact between creative agencies, media agencies / owners, the client and MNC, to provide the highest quality of work in time and budget. The Account Manager will enhance existing relationships with both the client Regional and Local Market clients. He / she will supervise activities for all the client’s projects in Korea

[Role & Responsibilities]
Key account representative between MNC and the client.
Provide a point of call for all client related matters specifically for Asia.
Develop relationships with the local clients to facilitate our working processes with them and better cater to their needs.
Take briefs from agencies/clients, obtain approvals and POs, signed quotations from clients / agencies.
Brief designers, copywriters and backend developers on any BTL scope of work that does not include Creative agency input.
Manage client’s request / queries and ensure expectations are met. Provide necessary advise / suggestions to the client where necessary.
Liaise with Creative agency to ensure necessary final artwork materials are collection to a Digital Asset Library, and in the right folders, with the necessary information collection in the Metadata fields.
Liaise with Media Agencies and / or Publications to retrieve necessary media specifications.
Media specifications received should be collection in the Media Specifications database.
Internally manage the production team to ensure a timely and highest quality delivery to our clients.
Maintain overall quality control on all deliverables and ensure materials submitted are on time and accurately.
[Responsibilities include]
1. Constantly aware of all on-going projects
2. Covering all client servicing duties
3. Managing client’s request and expectations on all on-going projects.
4. Liaising between client and artworkers (in Singapore), designers and/or copywriters on amendments or briefing of new jobs.
5. Ensuring on jobs are managed and executed efficiently and timely.
[Experience / Qualifications]
Minimum 5 years account management experience in an advertising agency
A diploma / degree in communication, advertising or marketing.
Organized, detailed, task oriented and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills, even when working under tight schedules and pressure
Experience in managing ATL, BTL and Interactive projects
Understanding of media schedules/specifications for ATL, BTL and interactive.
Written and Spoken proficiency in English and Korean is mandatory. Proficiency in any other language is an advantage.
