[Specific Work Details]
-Creating client service products & processes to maximise retention.
-Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
-Following up on leads for prospective clients.
-Customer retention and relationship management.
-Handling new client leads on a daily basis, following up on potential clients and effectively retaining existing clients.
-Verifying client information and informing clients regarding account opening procedures and documentation requirements.
-Training clients for using the Company's trading system.
-Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephones and emails.
-상품 서비스, 보존 극대화를 위한 제품 프로세스.
-새로운 계좌 개설 및 새로운 고객과의 기초 관계 설립.
-잠재 고객을 이끌 수 있는 능력
-고객 관계 유지 및 관리.
-새로운 고객, 및 기존의 고객을 효과적으로 유지 및 이끌어주는 능력.
-고객 정보 확인 및 계좌 개설 절차. 문서 요구 사항을 고객에게 통보.
-회사의 트레이딩 시스템을 사용하는 고객에게 교육 실시.
-전화 혹은 메일로 고객과 교류, 마케팅 판매.
[Qualification]
-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, must have superb customer service/sales skills
-Must have strong interpersonal skills and be team oriented
-Prior FX experience OR Outstanding academic performance
-Must be native language speakers and good knowledge of English
-Must have the ability to work under stress and have good organisational skills
