[Specific Work Details]
This person will work closely with MNCs Korea organization and MNCs segment team to identify and deliver enterprise cost reductions and/or other benefits. The main responsibilities are,
- Understand Korea supply market. Conduct supply market intelligence study such as conducting surveys and attending industrial shows.
- Identify suppliers having potential to be MNCs global suppliers and provide inputs to the MNCs segment teams.
- Understand MNCs's organization, roles and responsibilities, systems, processes, and global sourcing strategy.
- MNCs and coordinate the Korean sourcing projects between Global Purchasing and Korea teams (team leader is either Product Group or MNCs segment team)
- MNCs and coordinate the projects, activities, and communication between Global Purchasing and Korean suppliers, such as QCLDM evaluation, commercial negotiation, supplier code set up, and MNCs prints/specs access (owner is MNCs segment team)
[Candidate Qualification]
- Excellent project management skills and proven leadership capability.
- Excellent communication capability. Native Korean and fluent English speaking is required. Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Strong initiative and self direction.
- Bachelor degree in engineering area. MBA is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
- At least 10 years working experience
- 25 to 50% domestic and overseas travel expected

Major office is in Seoul, but around 50% of calendar days need to travel to domestic or Abroad.

-Excellent speaking and writing English, Chinese is plus.
-More than 10 years’ experience in the field of machine manufacturing, Construction machinery field is plus.
-College graduated, MBA is plus.
-Not restrict in age, 38-45 is plus.
-Military service finished

Depend on his background, 50M-70M. negotiable.
