[About this Company]
This Company, the market leading online hotel reservation service globally, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to be responsible for coordinating the account management team for key destinations in South Korea. You will create strategic plans, quantity and quality reports. You and your team will advise hotels about internet strategies and provide hotels the training to use our system.
This position is a full-time position and located in our Seoul office. This role reports directly to the Area Manager.

당사의 서울 지사에서 정규직으로 근무하게 되며 다음 직책은 한국 지사장(Area Manager)의 직속이 될 것입니다.

[Main responsibilities]
·Manage and motivate a team of Account Managers & Coordinators Hotels;
·Acquisition of new hotels;
·Direct account management for the assigned hotels in an appointed region;
·Use tools to analyze hotel/city performance and to prioritize actions;
·Create strategic plans;
·Visit our important hotels;
·Responsible for area coverage;
·Take care of the contacts with hotels;
·Be a medium for complaints and problems;
·Take care of negotiations and contracts;
·Practice allotment management; getting more availability and better rates
·Deliver quantity and quality reports;
·Responsible for after sales;
·Accompany and train hotels with implementation of system;
·Advise hotels about internet strategies;
·Organize and coordinate Tourist Trade Fair visits;
·Market our brand name to hotels;
·Expand and take care of networks.

·시스템 관리에 관해 호텔 측을 트레이닝
·온라인 전략을 호텔에 자문
·관광 무역 박람회(Tourist Trade Fair) 조직 및 편성
·당사 브랜드 네임을 호텔에 홍보
·네트워크 확장 및 유지
[Requirements]
·5 years plus of experience in a relevant Sales function in the hotel industry;
·Proven management experience;
·Perfect knowledge of the hotel market in Korea;
·At least Bachelor (University is a pre) level;
·English and Korean language skills required;
·Customer focused, independent, sense of responsibility and target focus;
·Good communication and commercial skills;
·Driver’s license;
·Availability to travel 50% of the time.
·Age : 33 plus

·운전면허증 소지자
·업무 시간 50% 이상 여행/회의 참석 가능자

Excellent. Dress is informal in the office and only formal in when visiting business partners. The office in Seoul could seat 12 people, however, we only have 5-8 there to ensure we have a good working environment.
