Country Sales Manager
Age: 38-50

[Report to]
Sales Director of Aisa
[Specific Work Details]
- Develop business of Korean market including:
a) Propose MD the feasible sales policy and strategy of Korean region;
b) Guide sales team to build distribution network to match company sales target;
c) Work with PMMs to establish Marketing promotion plan;
d) Establish and maintain close relationship with local key accounts ;
e) Guide and motivate sales team to achieve set target;
- General management of Seoul office
a) Office administration management;
b) HR recruitment and team building;
c) Cost control incl. proposal of employee salary, sales expense and administrative cost;
d) Establish annual budget/forecast;
- Team management
a) Coach team member in the daily job;
b) Regular meeting;
c) Evaluate underlings¡¯ key performance and motivate to achieve peak productivity.
- Analyze the market, competitors and corporation strengths and weaknesses, while devising a successful sales plan that is actionable and establishes accountability;
- Maximize revenues and profitability;
- Work closely with operation, product market department in Shanghai to deal with internal and external conflict problem to make task smoothly and to improve local customer¡¯s satisfaction.
[Requirements]
- Education: minimum bachelor degree, MBA, commercial master degree or equivalent is preferred;
- Experiences: at least 10 years in marketing & sales ; at least 10 years experience in team management; working experience in sales division of the automation industry;
- Strong leadership skill and executive ability; marketing oriented and strategic planning experience;
- Very strong social competence proven through existing personal/business nets; excellent interpersonal skill to convince and guide business relationship;
- Ability to explain complex and correlated topics;
- Knowledge of interactive working process of a world-class enterprise; ability to communicate within the entire working system just in time;
- Good communication skills (English written, read and spoken)
