1. In charge of electrolyte production, quality management and staff management
2. In charge of electrolyte production technology management, prepare production line's technical processes and systems and technical documents;
3. Make thorough inspections at the production site, have a good understanding of product quality and solve the technical problems in production process timely
4. Verify the new product technologies that improve electrolyte quality and production efficiency
[Qualifications]
1. Bachelor's degree or master's degree or above; specialized in chemistry and chemical industry
2. Experts who're familiar with electrolyte production technology and equipment and who have production technology improvement experience are preferred
3. Strong production management experience and project management experience are preferred.
