1. Guide the R&D and project support of new type all-solid-state battery
2. Determination of the research direction of new type all-solid-state battery
3. Coordinate the public relations in view of the technical difficulties in R&D process
4. Give enlightenments as for the difficulties in R&D process
5. Carry out other tasks arranged by company leaders
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: mater's degree or doctor's degree or above
2. 10 years' experience in Li-ion battery, including 5 years' experience in solid-state battery R&D
3. Skill requirements:
A. Possess rich R&D and management experience in all-solid-state battery, and have carried out in-depth study in the R&D of all-solid-state battery
B. Have published related papers or possess patents
C. Possess related industrial resources and contacts
