[Responsibilities]
1. R&D of various oxidation additives, R&D of cathode passivation additives, search and collection of various related literatures; choice proper additives and carry out testing characterization; optimize the electrolyte formulas by using newly added additives in order to improve Li-ion battery's working performance
2. R&D of electrolyte formulas of various chemical systems like high nickel anode, silicon-based cathode
3. optimize the electrolyte formulas according to the demands of Li-ion battery electrolyte
[Qualifications]
1. Master's degree or doctor's degree or above; specialized in electrochemistry and organic chemistry
2. With 10 years' (or above) experience in Li-ion battery electrolyte R&D
3. Be familiar with the fundamental knowledge of Li-ion battery electrolyte and battery anode materials
4. Have mastered the basic techniques of electrochemical testing, organic structure characterization and fundamental technique for spectrum interpretation
