[Responsibilities]
1. Participate in and guide the research projects in gas generation and failure mechanism of Li-ion battery, and assist R&D department in improving the applied study of gas generation and failure problem
2. Researches in cell cycle life, calendar life failure mechanism
3. Study and establishment of cell life prediction model
4. Researches in cell safety performance mechanism

[Qualifications]
1. Above master's degree
2. More than 10 years' work experience in a reputable multinational company or research institute in this industry
3. Possess rich experience in cell failure mechanism study or cell life prediction study
4. Have published related papers or have patents
5. Experts with work experience with large battery factory/research institute and who've related industrial resources and contacts are preferred.
