[Specific Work Details]
* Must Experience : sales forecasting, demand forecasting, order management,Consumer Electronics industry or Retail industry especially sales & Marketing area
- Experience in Consumer Electronics industry or Retail industry especially sales & Marketing area
- Ability to consult & willing to support on demand forecasting & SCM sales side matters
- Good communication skills, both written and oral,
- Computer literate, especially SAP (Sales and Distribution) and Excel
- Willing to put in extra working time, if necessary, willing to travel
[Responsibilities]
- Support the demand forecasting / order management process in S.E.ASIA sales subsidiaries to get a better forecast accuracy and guide the MNC standard SCM policy to sales / marketing departments.
- Analyze & identify the issues in demand management process by using the system data and interviewing the sales / marketing personnel and consult how to resolve the issues through process change and training.
- Training Samsung SCM standard rule & Policy to sales subsidiaries including the system usage training (with Samsung GSCM System)
- Engage in resolving regional SCM operational issues within Southeast Asia regions and responsible for identifying, analyzing and proposing an improvement tasks.
- Active in Consultancy and Interaction roles with sales subsidiaries and manufacturing subsidiaries in order to coordinate and improve operational excellence and follow the HQ Policies
[Required or preferable Experiences]
- Around 8-10 years experience working in SCM Sales & Marketing related roles with experience in Sales forecasting, Order management and Marketing.
- Prefer the experience of sales and retail marketing or consumer electronics industry
- Experience of planning process such as purchasing / sales / production planning. Prefer the sales forecasting experience
[Competencies/skills]
- Being able to support & identify the operational issues of sales side Supply chain issue
- SAP & SCM Planning system experience highly preferred.
- Fast learning the MNC SCM HQ Policies and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to execute, multi-task and deliver on commitments
- Supportive to all requests from subsidiaries and take an active responsibilities for all assigned tasks
- Good work ethic and commitment to providing good relationship with HQ & Subsidiaries
[Salary Expectation]
Salary is negotiable and depends on the current salary/experience S$9000/month (12 months basis).
- Pay System : Basic Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus (maximum up to 2 months)+ Flexibenefits (for gym, yoga, MNC products) + Transportation Allowance (for Manager only) (averagely each year, employees receive around 1 month)
