Marketing, R&D, Agency (brand agency, packaging, advertising and etc) background with minimum 3-5 years experience in account management preferred.

[Academic Background]
Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science and commerce etc would be suitable but not essential

[Age]30s to early 40s

[Salary Expectation] Starting from > 40,000,000 KW in base salary + incentives and is negotiable
(however, overall package dependent on experience: total package could be of upto 70,000,000 KW)

Must be fluent in Korean and English (written and oral)

[Specific Work Details]
The Account Director will have a ¡°hybrid¡± role of account management and new business development.

New Business:
Introduce Mintel and its services to potential new clients in Korea through face to face selling of Mintel products.

Account Management:
¡¤ Be able to confidently present trend presentations to client¡¯s Marketing and R&D teams.
¡¤ Provide training and support to existing business.
¡¤ Make sure local and global clients obtain the greatest value from their use of MNC products.

The right person for the role will have first class account management and customer acquisition skills with the ability to manage the required sales activity in Korea as well as key traits below:
