[Main Objectives]
• Deliver / complete projects in schedule, economically and to clients satisfaction, and to our internal installation standards for both Singapore project and international project.
• Service security systems and provide services to our clients. Troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction.
• To be proficient in our products and technology. Always improve ability.
• Manage relations with existing clients
• Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to MNC standards and policies.
[Major responsibilities include]
• Client satisfaction.
• System design, diagrams.
• Programming, Testing & Commission, trouble shooting.
• Product pre-testing.
• Preparing project ¡®engineering package¡¯ according to standard..
• Site inspections. Coordination with PM, client (when needed), third parties, sub contractors.
• Review and supervision of all equipment installations, wiring, according to product manuals, and MNC standards.
• On site client training
• Coordinate all customer service issues and managing relations with all existing clients within assigned region
• Ensure quality of MNC services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
• Provide routine preventive maintenances.
• Handle daily trouble-shooting, folbw up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.
• Take over all service issues from Project team after Extemal Hand Over done.
• Prepare customer training materials and deliver professional custom er training.
• Diagrams upgrade after HO.
• Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up MNC standards and policies.
• Attend internal training, improve skills.
