Application Engineer(Korea)Mechanical part (clamp & connect)
[Objective]
. Work closely with General Manager and Area Sales Manager to provide product/solutions that fully meet
customer specifications.
[Responsibilities]
- Present MNC product engineering capability and actively support customer engineers in developing new products.
- Identify from the NORMA Group portfolio of products and brands, the target product ranges that fits to
the market needs, and support sales activities in Korea
- Manage enquiry and quotations following the processes and regulations within the company
- Negotiate with customer on new projects and existing business
- Work with customer for post nomination projects to ensure project launching on time
- Manage commercial negotiation related to engineering changes with customers
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time
[Reporting Responsibilities]
This position reports to the Area Sales Manager of MNC Korea Inc.
[Requirements]
- Basic degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Experience with Fluid products (Fuel / Cooling with Plastic injection and extrusion) will be an
advantage
- Experience in or setting up Automotive and Industry Customers
- Strong written and spoken English and Korean is a must
- Local national or permanent resident speaking and writing the local language
- Ability to develop an internal and informal network
- Proficient in the use of standard software packages
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment, self-motivated,
with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Possess own vehicle car is a must
