[Job Title]
Senior or Staff Engineer – Product Test (Yield Enhancement)
a. Position based in Kuching, Malaysia
b. Reports to Product Test Manager.
c. Minimum 8-12 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
d. Pre-requisite/compulsory experience: Knowledge of the following:
i. DOE, SPC, FMEA, 5S
ii. RF & mixed signal testing methodology in both final test & wafer sort; and test program development in C/C++
iii. Experience in testers and prober/handler for Mixed Signal.
e. Secondment/travelling will be required.
f. Budget: RM8,000-RM15,000/month depending on experience & level of position
[Major Responsibilities]
1. Capable of Develop test program of Mixed Signal Product
2. Resolve yield, quality and reliability issues in the qualification of new devices.
3. Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to enhance productivity.
4. Participate in continuous improvement programs, support cost reduction through yield improvement and fab in resolving excursion.
5. Interact with internal design support team and customer design team
6. Co-develop and Transfer customer test plan and re-engineer / improvement testing methodology.
7. Work closely with customers to provide product engineering support for all products
8. Interact with the respective supporting departments (Yield Enhancement, R&D, IT, MFG)
9. Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management.
[Requirements]
•Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
•Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
•Knowledge of the following:
oDOE, SPC, FMEA, 5S
oRF & mixed signal testing methodology in both final test & wafer sort; and test program development in C/C++
oExperience in testers and prober/handler for Mixed Signal.
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Willing to accept secondment for training, customer project or company project
