[Job Title]
Staff/Principal Engineer – NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) Test / E-Flash Memory
[Responsibilities]
1. Test Program Development (New Product Introduction, Characterization, Verification, Production Release)
2. Develop test strategies for the quality assessment on NVM in production and quality issues
3. Support failure analysis to investigate yield, quality and reliability issues
4. Perform test program conversion, test time reduction and test yield improvement to enhance productivity
5. Participate in continuous improvement programs, Support cost reduction through yield improvement and fab in resolving excursion
6. Interact with internal design support team and customer design team
7. Co-develop and Transfer customer test plan and re-engineer / improvement testing methodology
8. Guide the team of engineers and technicians in the day to day activities
9. Work closely with customers to provide product engineering support
10. Interact with the respective supporting departments (Quality, Yield Enhancement, Design Team, IT, MFG)
11. Responsible for test bench-marking, engineering reports and data management
12. Lead project off-load to production and provide detail project report & training
13. Able to work on secondment to overseas (Europe) for project transfer or co-development
14. Compliance to safety, discipline and housekeeping rules
15. Mentor to junior engineers & associates
[Requirements]
• Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years’ experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment specifically in Product Test in NVM.
• Knowledge of the following:
• Experience in Memory Test like SRAM, EEPROM, E-FLASH
• Experience in C/C++ Programming
• DOE, SPC, FMEA, 5S
• Experience in Teradyne Maverick, Magnum2 and other memory testers
• Experience in wafer prober station
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills in English
