[Responsibilities]
1. Participate in and guide the research projects on Li-ion battery's gas generation, failure mechanism; assist the R&D department with the applied study in order to solve the problems of gas generation and failure
2. Carry out structure characterization and spectrum analysis of various organic and inorganic materials
3. Guide and participate in the R&D of the characterization means for new type materials, and the R&D of new mechanism analysis methods
4. R&D of Li-ion battery life prediction methods
5. Write related technical documents, academic papers, patents
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master's degree or above
2. Over 10 years' experience in analysis and testing at a large cell company
3. Be familiar with the principles and operations of various physical-chemical analysis instruments
4. Possess the experience in the construction and maintenance of analysis labs; experience in CNAS certification is more desirable
5. Be familiar with physical, chemical and structural analysis characterization methods and result judging
6. Be able to put forward constructive improvement suggestions according to result analysis
