[Responsibilities]
Guide all the electro-chemical testing methods, characterization data analysis, trouble shooting, etc, including:
1. Gram specific capacity of anode and cathode materials, initial efficiency identification; electro-chemical stability tests for anode and cathode materials and electrolytes
2. Electrolyte additive oxidation reduction potential monitoring
3. Cell's internal resistance based on AC impedance, interfacial impedance analysis
4. Button cell or soft pack's cycle, rate, DC internal resistance, pulsed power testing
[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master's degree or above
2. Over 10 years' experience in analysis and testing at a large cell company
3. Be familiar with the principles and operations of various electro-chemical analysis instruments
4. Possess the experience in the construction and maintenance of analysis labs; experience in CNAS certification is more desirable
5. Be familiar with physical, chemical and structural analysis and characterization methods and result judging
6. Be able to put forward constructive improvement suggestions according to result analysis
