ERP Application support (SAP)
This position will work closely with all key business stakeholders and internal (local, regional and global) IT colleagues to manage ERP & Application and for driving revenue and productivity.
In this role, he/she will lead business-as-usual operation and projects of application to ensure that business requirements are analyzed and implemented according to change and release management practice.
[Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)]
1. Must-Have
1. ERP operation & project support experience(SCM) – SAP or E1(JD Edward)
experience preferred.
2. Be flexible to working in fast-growing environment and under pressure.
3. Good communication and documentation skills in Korean and English.
4. Good business requirement analysis and project management skills
5. Reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail.
[Good-to-Have]
1. At least Bachelor’s Degree, IT related is preferred
2. At least 7 years working experience on as Business Analyst or Project Manager
3. Intermediate skill of managing operational tasks
[Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role ]
1. Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
2. Support of scoping/ system demo
3. High-level project management and solution architecture
4. Detailed planning of process implementation
5. Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
6. Corporate process implementation across all related applications (ERP/non-ERP)
7. Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
8. Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
9. Support IT BA team lead for smooth delivery and maintenance during daily work
