[Position Title] Product Manager – Lab / Blood Bank(in Marketing )

[Position Summary: What is the primary purpose of this position?]
¡¤Managing marketing activities to enable grow in new and existing market segments with relevant products. Achieve marketing objectives by developing, communicating and implementing marketing plan effectively in the Area.
¡¤Work with area sales and support team to generate qualified leads and provide application support to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
¡¤Improve Company brand image and market penetration for respective segments and relevant product group.

[Essential Job Responsibilities: List 8-10 key accountabilities and specify percentage of time in support of these activities.]
- Planning(20%) :
¡¤Instilling a marketing led culture throughout the business.
¡¤Work with AP marketing and market operations team to drive marketing plan, accordingly develop and deliver local tactical marketing plan for the business along with the division manager of the country.
¡¤Ensure the effectiveness of alignment, communication and implementation of the AP strategic marketing drive in selling areas¡¤ Researching and reporting on local market opportunities and risks.

-Implementation and Driving(25%):
¡¤Manage and drive the growth of all the business units and overall profitability of the division.
¡¤Identify market opportunities and address different customer segment with right product mix and pricing.
¡¤Developing and effectively (ROI driven) implementing the tactical marketing plan for the division.

-Market Share(10%):
¡¤Enhance market share for focused existing products in the identified market and customer segments
¡¤ Working along with the AP Product business development manager, Identify and develop new markets for existing product lines
¡¤Actively monitoring, reporting and implementing effective activities to check competition.

- Market and Product management(15%):
¡¤Effectively manage the market with right pricing and product strategy.
¡¤Develop proper and up to date competitive strategy through competitive intelligence.
¡¤Understanding and targeting current and potential customers and market base.

-Customer Relationship(10%)
¡¤Managing the customer journey (customer relationship -KOL management)
¡¤Enhance Company brand as a Diagnostic company at market place.
¡¤Develop innovative channel to ensure positive customer engagement.

- Sales Tools and Training(10%)
¡¤Develop effective solution based sales tools and socialize within selling teams.
¡¤Work with sales manager and sales support manager to develop effective training plan and evaluating the level of sales, sales support competencies

- Communication(5%)
¡¤Provide timely and effective communication with Area Sales manager, get the guidance from Area sales manager according to regional strategy and direction to ensure the effective implementation in areas
¡¤Provide regular communication with sales manager and sales support manager for marketing activities , campaigns follow-up to help increasing selling effectiveness
¡¤ Organize regular communication with sales supports team for relevant product technical issues.

-Administration(5%)
¡¤ Provide monthly reports to the Product Group Marketing Manager
Ensure compliance adherence to company policy and guideline.
