General Manager(Korea) and Supply Chain Director(ACAP)
[Role]
Involve in all activities related to move products from the supplier the end customer.
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Purchase Order
- Place Orders with Vendors
- Post-PO Activities - Delivery Schedule, Cancels, Shipping Methods
- Communicate with Forwarders & Arrange Shipments
- Contact Global Supply Chain Staffs to Build a changed Import Process
2. KPI
- Keep Track of KPI (DOH, Gross Inventory, LPTH, D&O Reserve)
- Achieve KPI Target
- Continuous Develop New KPI to Create a Momentum of Growth
3. Customs Clearance
- Prepare Customs Documents
- Contact Customs Broker and Customs
- Manage Cargos from the Airport to Warehouse
4. ERP System
- Change Inventory Data including Price (Annual)
- Manage All Issues related to SL7 (Solomon Software)
- Contact APAC IT Team in Malaysia
5. Intranet Maintenance
- Sales Order
- Stock Request
- Claim Request
- Stock Check
- Inventory Management
6. Warehouse
- General Involvement to Warehouse Activities
- Conduct Physical Inventory Check Annually
[Job Requirements]
- 4년 제 대졸
- 경영학, 경제학(기타 유사학 전공자)
- Age between 33-40 years old
- Min. 7 year relevant working experience (Max. 10 year)
- Fluent in English and Korean language
