[POSITION SUMMARY]

* RESPONSIBILITIES
¡¤Recruit, choose, develop and manage partner channels to meet company¡¯s sales goals with co-ordination with the Channel Sales Director
¡¤Identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement and business development, servicing key partners and negotiating deals within policy guidelines
¡¤Partner enablement activities including joint pipeline development and partner sales enablement
¡¤Work in tandem with Marketing
-to analyze the strengths and weaknesses in local channel and develop strategies and programs for strengthening channel to increase channel sales, breath and quality of channel partners and effectiveness of channel marketing programs
-Initiate and participate in key reseller marketing activities
¡¤Monitor competitors¡¯ sales strategies and report on significant developments
¡¤Assist in the preparation of tenders and contracts
¡¤Identify sales prospects and non-traditional partner channels such as municipal, utility sector and public transport
¡¤Develop short & long term business strategies separately and in conjunction with distribution; Work regularly with partners to register and monitor all sales activities/opportunities
¡¤Coordinate/develop opportunities with partners
¡¤Analyze the market, segment partner landscape by horizontal and vertical focus
¡¤Identify and track price points, market share, trends and competition in order to acquire accurate market information
¡¤Develop and implement channel sales strategy, meet and exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction consistent with company policy and goals
¡¤Negotiate contracts with major/key customers and overcome customer objections at the highest level
¡¤Identify and develop business opportunities in new customers in target verticals
¡¤Engage and present to C-level and influencers both directly and leveraging partners to develop sustainable and professional relationships
¡¤Deliver high impact complex presentations, effectively representing ECI¡¯s business and value proposition, and differentiation in the markets we serve relative to the customer needs to build business model/plan with ROI
¡¤Prepare professional proposals having thoroughly understood the customer requirements
¡¤Works with pre-sales engineers on customer presentations and demonstrations

* WORK EXPERIENCE
¡¤In-depth specialised knowledge of relevant sales & channel development concepts, processes and activities
¡¤Experience in a relevant area of Channel Sales both globally and locally
¡¤An understanding and knowledge of key resellers and distributors
¡¤Ability to work within defined budgets and to be able to provide information back to management on a regular basis
¡¤Experience in managing multi-million dollar deals
¡¤Minimum 10 years of related proven sales experience and sales achievement

* PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND KEY COMPETENCIES
¡¤Hands-on with high self motivation to achieve goals without supervision
¡¤Resourceful; strong problem resolution skill
¡¤Good presentation and written communication skills (Korean & English language a must, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage)
¡¤High level of inter-personal skill in developing relationship with customer
¡¤A go-getter
¡¤Good organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to act independently within established guidelines, using discretion and sound judgement
¡¤Ability to work in a Matrix organization
¡¤Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving skills

Degree discipline with post-graduate degree a plus
