Brand & Licensees Manager

The position offered:
1) Job description:
- Overall strategic planning of our brandsdevelopment,
- Research for new licensees through presentation ofbrands concept and positioning,
- Negotiation and finalization of contracts in liaison with the headquaters
- Total coordination between Licensees and Licensors stylists for the creation of fashion collections(follow the planning of individual licensees),
- Control of Licensees'''''''' strategies (including:distribution channel, pricing structure, merchandising and advertising activities, communication guidelines),
- Continuous analysis of Licensees sales performance,
- Management of total advertising communications for the brands (media planning, print advertising, products literature),
- Management of Toda Mode liaison office in general.
2) Profile of the candidates:
Good English ability.
Education Level: BA or equivalent.
Age: 30 to 40 with experience in fashion/branding business/marketing.
The candidate shall be dynamic and well organized. Heshall like challenge (we believe that our brands have a great potential of development on a short term on the Corean market) and be self-motivated. He shall be flexible for doing various tasks and to travel abroad if necessary.
3) Overall conditions:
Full time position.
Holidays following Corean regulation.
Salary 50 ~ 70 million Won depending on candidate - with/without incentives on results.
