5. Languages known : Good Korean + English: Speak, Read & write

1. Must-Have 필수자격 :
• Understanding and experience in Java Development Environment
• Experience in one of the following technologies: Inswave Framework, Proworks Solutions, Sybase SQL, Innorule System
• Experience in Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical application issues
• Bug Fix and small system enhancement
2. Good-to-Have 우대자격 :
• Customer facing experience – Excellent Good communication skills (Korean and English)
• Understanding and Experience in Insurance Company’s Business process
• Experience with Insurance company AMS / SLA support
• Understanding of local regulatory environment
