1. Expreince with working with client – servre application with Powerbuilder and Oracle
2. Expereince with Java / JSP
3. Expereince in AMS support
Previous experience in managing HR applications related to employee salary , benefits and taxation of Korea
-Good-to-Have
1. English speaking / writing skill
[Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role]
1. Taking knowledge transfer from the incumbent
2. Application Support hour 8x5, interface with business users, understand and seek clarification on the issue logged, resolve the issue, estimate the minor enhancements, prepare documets for support maintenance and enhancement
3. Participate and adhere to the SLA of the support process
