2. More than 10 years' work experience in a reputable multinational company or research institute in this industry
3. Possess experience in high nickel NMC synthesis, coating modification or R&D in new type battery anode material like Li-S
4. Have published relaters papers or have patents
5. Experts with related industrial resources and contacts are preferred.
