[Responsibilities]
1. be in charge of battery pack performance matching (electric capacity, endurance mileage, module matching etc.)
2. be in charge of proposing battery pack design plan as per development target (battery pack volume, module layout, shell structure etc.), ensure completion of SOP on time.
3. be in charge of study of pack system's new tech and new regulations, establishment of design handbook and design norms ( development of battery pack system and its components, matching process and specification, and have certain understandings on cutting-edge tech of battery pack structure)
4. analyze requirements of laws and regulations both at home and abroad, direct the compilation of the company's power battery standards or revise the standards, and ensure the products meet requirements of laws and regulations in target markets
5. improve technical staff's structure design capabilities
[Qualifications]
1.Educational background: Master degree or above.
2.more than 10 years working experience in automotive braking tech, high ability in organization and coordination, 35 years old above.
3.have skills of design of battery pack structure, and team building.
4.have solid design experience in new engery auto power system, can complete battery pack structure design model, have production theoretical basic and practical experience, have abilities of analyzing site technical quality problem and rectification.
5.master battery pack structure design and key parameter requirements of simulation analysis, be capable of proposing improvement plan concerning design problems. be capable of reviewing and verifying supplier's rectification plan and continuous improvement plan.
6.be proficient in using CATIA command, drawing 2D and 3D diagrams, and applying AutoCAD2006.
7.understanding of geometrical dimension and tolerance, and apply it in process design.
8. be familiar with products design as well as failure mode and failure mechanics in fabrication, be capable of propose corresponding prevention program.
