1. Establish the testing standards for various cell materials
2. Carry out analysis of various inorganic and organic materials, structure characterization, spectrum analysis; give suggestions
3. Reverse analysis of competitors' information
4. Guide and participate in the development of new type material characterization means, and the development of new type mechanism analysis methods
5. R&D of new type Li-ion battery's technical characterization means
[Qualifications]
1. Above master's degree
2. More than 10 years' work experience in a reputable multinational company or research institute in this industry
3. Possess work experience in large analysis and testing center
4. Possess rich theoretical knowledge and testing experience in material characterization
5. Have published related papers or have patents
