[Qualifications]
1. Education background: master's degree or above
2. Over 10 years' experience in the R&D of separator coating formula and technology
3. Skill requirements:
Have a keen insight of the separator coating industry's dynamics and trends, be able to lead the industry's direction
Have mastered advanced separator coating industrialization technology, be familiar with the application of separator in battery field
Work experience at a large separator/battery factory is preferred
