[Duties & Responsibilities]
1) Installing, configuring, and testing of Apigee installations and Upgrades. These installations include both on premise and AWS implementations
2) Ongoing performance monitoring/management of Apigee environment including User Management, API products deployments/Analytics
3) Interface with development community/Apigee Product Team to assist in troubleshooting problems in all tiers, including Development through Production
4) Experienced in various monitoring tools and Production support
5) Maintain relationships with other business partners, vendors and professional organizations
6) Support staff in solving problems and incorporating new processes and technology to enhance infrastructure performance and reliability.
7) Maintain a well-controlled and resilient technology environment, including the identification and management of IT risks in coordination with company policies and IT governance standards
8) Excellent in troubleshooting the issues and quick turnaround of any issues pertaining to environment set-up
9) Working with infrastructure teams to ensure correct setup of servers, load balancers, firewalls, and monitoring across the board.
10) Assisting the project team with any tech issues related to API design, performance and gate
