2. Position
Principal/Chiep Designer
3. Responsibilities
·To lead a project team to develop new air-cool refrigerator products
·To provide the guidance to the project engineers on the design of structures, refrigeration systems and control systems of the air-cool refrigerator products
·To manage the product development projects so as to meet project costs and deadlines
·To coordinate with other departments to ensure timely launch of the new products
4. Requirements:
We are looking for very experience person (with minimum 10 years of experience) in air-cool technology design. This person should have past working experience in companies such as L Co and S Co in Korea. This person will be hired under expatriate terms. Meaning there will be relocation provided, accommodation and 2 trips back to Korea if he is employed. Candidates who are not prepared to be relocated, we may consider to hire him on part-time basis. For example, 2 weeks each month in Henan for a specific period.
·Academic Background:Bachelor Degree
·Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline
·Minimum 10 years hands-on experience on the design of air-cool (non-frost) refrigerators, preferably in a refrigeration plant of a MNC with exposure in China market
·Career : Chief Designer (Air-cool)
·Familiar with QC/QA inspection specifications and testing standards of air-cool products
·Good technical experience on the design of side-by-side refrigerator products with water and ice dispensers is desired
·Good knowledge in local and international product standards
·Experience in CAD / CAE for the design and manufacturing of refrigerator products
·Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
·Able to work independently with effective communication & interpersonal skills
·Prepared to be based in China
·Foreign Languages : English/ Chinese
·Reasons for Recruitment : To provide consultancy in Air-cool technology design
·Age :Very experience(Will consider retirees or work on consultancy basis)
