[Role]
Sales Manager - As part of our business development leadership team, you¡¯ll build strategic relationships with executives from leading organizations. By understanding their business issues and priorities, you¡¯ll help to identify and shape the solutions to client issues. Leveraging global MNC, you¡¯ll gain experiences and foster relationships that will support your long-term success in the firm.
[Required Technical Skill Set]
1. Sales experience in IT consulting & services,
2. Digital transformation via Cloud adoption/IoT/Big data/AI and analytics,
3. Biz-IT growth and transformation
[Desired Experience Range]
10 – 20 yrs
[Desired Competencies]
1. Proven track record of Initiating and owning key large deals in the market
2. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach & proven capability to work with global teams to deliver solutions and thought leadership for our clients
3. Capability to generate leads, Pipeline discipline and reporting, Financial negotiations, pricing & margin, Sales and revenue forecasting
4. Monitoring market trends, industry issues, and competitive intelligence
5. Analyzing and reacting to business competition and developments to maintain agility and responsiveness to clients¡¯ needs and requirements
6. Account planning reviews
7. Thorough understanding of Korean market and negotiating techniques
8. Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Korean
[Good to have]
1. Work experience outside korea – like US, Europe, Australia etc..
2. Experience in sectors like Travel /Transport /Hospitality, Manufacturing, Banking and financial services, Retail etc..
