This company is a multinational electronic components corporation (MNCs), began working in their tiny garage in 1940, they could not have envisioned that their products would someday be found in automobiles, cellular telephones, notebook computers, implanted x-ray sensors for cancer treatment and even in a vehicle on Mars. However, they succeeded by tackling some of the most challenging sensor and electronic component requirements of their day in the fledgling aerospace industry.

[TITLE]
Sales Account Manager, Korea

[SUMMARY]
Manages, motivates and directs the activities of the Sales Organization ensuring MNC products receive increasing ¡°share of mind¡± from Distributor Companies. Responsible for generating increased Point of Sales Dollars with distributor sales plans and programs. Functionally manages the Manufacturer Representative¡¯s Distributor Managers.
- Electronics related with a bachelor¡¯s degree.
- Automotive field sales experience which is a big plus.

[DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES]
1. Manages corporate distributor locations:
- Understands the distributor organization and gives input to MNC Management.
- Assesses the training needs of the distributor corporation and coordinates with MNC business units and marketing teams to develop appropriate programs.
- Understands MNC marketing strategies and the distributor¡¯s strategies and develops appropriate programs to build on each company¡¯s strength.
- Assesses the customer base of the distributor and develops programs to match MNC products with market segment programs.
2. Implements the short and long-range plans to successfully achieve MNC market share and sales goals through distribution by product family.
3. Develop sales programs to move MNC products off distributor shelves to the end customer.
4. Makes recommendations to Country Sales Mgr. regarding changes to the distributor network.
5. Drive assigned direct account business and increase sales revenue continually .
6. Customer interface is required.
7. Formally reports territory¡¯s distribution activity on a monthly basis.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

[REQUIREMENTS]
1. EDUCATION:
Graduation from a recognized university, or equivalent education and/or experience in Electronics related with a bachelor degree.
2. TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years of field experience with some or all of the years involved in electronic distribution.
3. OTHER SKILLSL
Must possess skills in the following areas: Presentation, analytical, Organization, Creativity, Motivation, coordination of multiple projects. Must possess computer literacy and enthusiasm.

[Salary Expectation]
KRW 85,000,000/year + Incentiveas commission based on his sales amount
4 Insurances, etc

[Pay System ]
Basic salary , every half year pay the commission based on sales amount

Whole Korea

[Working Hours]
Weekdays) 8 hours per day Weekend) 0
Working Dates : 9:00~17:30
