Competency 1: SAP Materials Management
Competency 2: SAP Warehouse Management.
[Desired Experience Range]
5 to 7 years.
[Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)]
Must-Have
1. Production support experience in SAP MM.
2. Production support experience in SAP WM.
3. Capabilty in configuration of SAP MM and WM.
4. Define Functional specfications and coordinate with devlopers for object development / changes.
5. Translate the problem statement in English with very good communication skills to have the workdone from remote offshore locations.
Good-to-Have
1. Implementation experience in SAP MM and WM
2. ABAP knowledge to debug & troubleshoot issues.
3. Integration knowledge in PP / SD and FI Modules.
4. Experience in Automotive industry
[Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role]
1. Being a customer facing role, should have goods business process knowledge in Automotive industry to understand the problems and thereby drive the correct solution.
2. Communicate effectively with business(Clients) and offshore for solution delivery.
3. Ensure Incidents are addressed within SLA defined.
4. Report various metrics required for support delivery as per expectations set.
5. Provide process improvements through innovative ideas for improvement in services.
