Must-Have
1. Atleast worked on 1 or 2 Implementation Project
2. Should have the Knowledge on SPRO configuration and Settings
3. Should have the Knowledge on Shipping activities, Third – Party Process , Inter company sales process.
4. Should have also worked on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Scheduling Agreements, free of charge and consignments.
5. Should have the Indepth Knowlede on EDI Interfaces and other Integrations
Good-to-Have
1. Knowledge on Some MM, FI , PP and PM Integration activities
2. SAP certified and S4 HANA experience would be an added advantage
3. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
4.Good to have some experience in Automotive industry.
[Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role]
1. Support SD support tickets, enhancements and Development..
2. Handling the Daily Incident tickets and CR’s and Communicate effectively with business and offshore team.
3. Preparing the FS document for any technical requirement and sharing it to ABAP Team.
4. Handling the customer meetings and Internal meeting for any new requirements and Enhancements.
5. Provide process improvements through innovative ideas for improvement in services.
